How do I buy a table?

We reach out first to previous sponsors and those who’ve expressed interest. Table invitations are typically sent starting October 15. If you're interested in hosting a table, please contact us to be added to our list.

What are my responsibilities as a table host?

As a table host, you’ll invite your guests, share event info, and encourage them to register online via a link we provide. CHA will send you key event details two weeks before the event, and our team is happy to help if you need support filling your table.

Not every year. When there is a theme, we’ll share it on the event website and in pre-event communications.

Can I support the event without buying a table?

Yes! Even if you’re not hosting a table, you can still make a difference. Consider making a donation, volunteering your time, or helping spread the word about Fire & Ice and the mission of Covenant House Alaska.
