This is one of the few opportunities for young people to receive something brand new, just for them. It’s really incredible that we get to gift each young person something they truly want.
Residents often have low expectations for their gifts. The sheer joy on their faces when they receive something special, just for them, is something else.
Many young people may have never received gifts before, or it’s been years since anyone has gotten anything for them.
